Region of Kosovo and Metohia as the central area of Old Serbia is spiritual and cultural center of the Serbian people and their civilization. That is proven by over then 1.400 Serbian cultural monuments registered so far. This map shows only some of the most important Serbian churches and monasteries in Kosovo and Metohia. That is n why the Serbs are fully justified in calling Kosovo and Metohia the“Holly Serbian Land”.
